That's what I've been lately. But to make it up here is a yummy apple cake recipe to make it better! Its oh so very delicious - and comes from a very dear family friend. I believe I first had some of this cake around 20 years ago. Thanks Mrs. Becky! (If I left something out let me know) I hope yall enjoy the apple butterscotch deliciousness.

Pre-warning: watch out for burns while taking the cake out! OUCH!

Directions below

Mix together oil, eggs, and sugar in another bowl
In another bowl, have diced apples
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients alternating flour mixture with sugar mixture and apples. Then add the pecan and 1/2 package of butterscotch. Pour into a greased 13x9 dish and sprinkle the remaining butterscotch. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

2.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
